Quantum & Atomic Visualisation 3D

⚠️ Important Scientific & Methodological Disclaimer

This project is solely a thought-provoking, schematic visualization serving as the preliminary first step for preparing a more advanced project.
Neither the descriptions presented here nor the animation can be considered a correct, physically accepted model.
The visualizations and related theoretical descriptions are thought experiments and didactic tools; they do not represent an experimentally validated or canonical scientific theory.

Welcome to the Quantum & Atomic Visualisation 3D documentation portal!

This project is an in-browser 3D WebGL / Three.js simulation bridging atomic quantum mechanics (Schrödinger equations, probability density clouds), subatomic particle physics (nucleons, quarks, gluon flux tubes, virtual photons), and General Relativistic spacetime vacuum curvature.

🌟 Core Features

🌌 Multi-Scale Embedded Hierarchy

Smooth transition from the scattering continuum ($10^{-8}\,\text{m}$) down through atomic orbitals ($10^{-10}\,\text{m}$), nucleon interior ($10^{-15}\,\text{m}$), and quark Kerr throat to the Planck scale ($\ell_P \sim 10^{-35}\,\text{m}$).

⚡ 6-Phase Dynamic Process Simulator

Real-time simulation of inelastic electron scattering ($15.0\,\text{eV} \to 4.8\,\text{eV}$), virtual photon exchange, $1s \to 2p_z$ quantum jump, nuclear recoil, deep phase dissipation, and spontaneous Lyman-α photon emission ($121.57\,\text{nm}$).

🕳️ Janus Antimatter Sector ($r < 0$)

Analytical metric continuation featuring ruby-red antiprotons, counter-rotating positrons, and upward repulsive vacuum curvature.

🌊 Dynamic Spacetime Vacuum Sheet

Real-time sagging ($\delta g_{00}$) adhering to mass-energy equivalence ($M^* = M_0 + 10.2\,\text{eV}/c^2$) and light-speed gravitational wave propagation ($r = ct$).

⊞ Extended Periodic Table

Elements $Z = 1$ to $Z = 126$ with automated valence orbital, electron configuration, and Slater screening calculation.

📐 Exact Schrödinger Orbitals

Monte Carlo Born probability point clouds ($|\psi_{nlm}|^2$), nodal surfaces, and $SU(2)$ spin double-cover Riemann sheets.

🏷️ Epistemological Classification Taxonomy

To ensure scientific integrity, all statements within the model are categorized:

  • [Standard Physics / Accepted Theory]: Established, experimentally verified physics (Schrödinger equation, QED propagators, Franck–Hertz inelastic scattering, spontaneous Lyman-α emission, weak-field linearized Einstein equations, SU(3) color confinement, Mössbauer effect, Pound–Rebka gravitational redshift).
  • [Model-specific Hypothesis]: Theoretical synthesis developed in this project and the theoretical archive (Deák 5D scale manifold \(\rho = \ln(r/a_0)\), microscopic phase defect \(\Delta\theta \sim \ell_P / \lambda_C\) inducing Newton's constant \(G\), and the Heisenberg–Fermi quantum hard core repulsive barrier \(+1/r^3\)).
  • [Illustrative Metaphor]: 3D WebGL pedagogical visual representations (Kerr ring singularity throat as a zoom conduit, 3D projection of the 6D Calabi–Yau manifold, glowing virtual photon filaments, and the Janus antimatter \(r < 0\) metric).
